1. Purpose

PortOpsDesk is a private automation application for portfolio research and operational workflows, intended only for the owner and explicitly authorized users.

2. No investment advice

PortOpsDesk is an operational and research tool. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for independently verifying outputs before acting on them.

3. Authorized access

Users must only connect accounts and data they are authorized to access. Google access is governed by permissions granted through Google's OAuth authorization process.

4. Availability

The application may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

5. User responsibility

Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials, reviewing workflow outputs, and ensuring automated actions remain appropriate for their intended use.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated when the application or its operating model changes.
