PortOpsDesk is a private automation application used by the site owner for portfolio research, operational data handling, and related workflow execution.

2. Google data accessed

When an authorized user grants access, PortOpsDesk may access Google Drive files and related metadata necessary for the configured workflow.

3. How Google data is used

Google user data is used only to perform functions requested or configured by the authorized user, including reading, creating, updating, or synchronizing workflow files.

4. Storage and retention

Data may be stored only as needed to operate, validate, audit, or recover the configured workflow. Access credentials are not intentionally published on this website.

5. Sharing and sale

PortOpsDesk does not sell Google user data. Data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate infrastructure explicitly chosen by the authorized user, comply with law, or protect security and integrity.

6. Limited Use

PortOpsDesk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Revocation and deletion

An authorized user may revoke Google account access through Google Account security settings and may request deletion of application-held data through the contact method associated with the OAuth consent screen.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated when the application's data access or operational scope changes.
